Tualatin River National Water Trail

Restoration Crew Leader Training - Saturday, October 18, 10am-230pm at Dirksen Nature Park (lunch provided!)

The Tualatin Riverkeepers Restoration Crew Leader program will train you to lead groups of volunteers in habitat restoration projects throughout the Tualatin River Watershed! Crew Leaders support volunteers in projects such as invasive weed removal, native planting, and trail maintenance at parks, natural areas and outdoor community spaces.

As a Crew Leader, you'll strengthen your skills in plant ID, tool use and community engagement, have special opportunities to connect with and care for outdoor spaces, and learn more about local ecology from a variety of professionals and community organizations!

Don't have any previous involvement with volunteer leadership or habitat restoration? No problem, we'd still love to have you participate!
