The Intertwine Alliance is a partnership of public and private organizations, and businesses working collaboratively to create and manage The Intertwine.

This requires vision, hard work, and strategic, collective action.
The Intertwine Alliance fosters collaboration, advocacy, and raises visibility with the public.

It also attracts the investment necessary to implement the vision of creating “an exceptional, multi-jurisdictional, interconnected system of neighborhood, community, and regional parks plus natural areas, trails, open spaces, and recreation opportunities distributed equitably throughout the region.”

Some partners currently include the Audubon Society of Portland, Keen Footwear, City of Vancouver, Metro, Clean Water Services, Travel Portland, Trust for Public Land, Barlow Trail Association, and Urban Greenspaces Institute.
